The idea for My Little Bambino came about in late 2021 one evening after we had spent hours trawling the internet for a gift for a baby gift. After being locked up during a pandemic for nearly two years, our gifting skills were not as great as they used to be.
We wanted to give a little Bambino a timeless yet original gift. Something special that we knew the parents would treasure for years to come. We knew that we wanted it to be personal but at the same time, we were also on a budget. We searched for hours and hours but unfortunately, we had no luck. We simply could not find the perfect present.
After this stressful experience, we realised that we were not the only people who found shopping for special, high-quality baby gifts a struggle. We identified a gap in the market and immediately started doing research on personalised baby gifts. We came across plenty of options but nothing that was both affordable and special. So, with a bit of good fortune, a spoonful of determination and an ounce of courage, we decided to make the perfect baby gifts ourselves.
Don’t be fooled, this did not happen overnight. We spent hours toiling, researching and ordering samples. We had a vision in mind and we were determined to make it come to life. We had so much support from family and friends who constantly reviewed our products, made suggestions and offered constructive criticism. We were finally able to offer our very first products, personalised photo frames, cloud shelves and clothes hangers.
We are extremely proud of the fact we have remained true to our core values of top quality, excellent value and second-to-none customer service. We do this because we want to offer products and experiences that create lasting memories and can be treasured for years to come. We pride ourselves on our specialist in-house creatives, who design unique gifts for babies and young children that you won’t find anywhere else.
