  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Solo. When making a payment using your debit or credit card, please ensure your name and billing address matches the card holder address details held by your card issuer.
  • How are gifts personalised?
    All of our items are personalised with care using smart foil vinyl and acrylic paint, crafted by hand. We can also add bows, DOB, colour etc upon request.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We just know you will love your personalised gifts just as much as we do. All purchases are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items. This means it is vitally important when you place your order to thoroughly check all details. This includes dates, spelling, punctuation, and grammar as we replicate what we get sent for item personalisation word for word. If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order, we request you let us know as soon as possible by contacting info@mylittlebambinoltd.co.uk.
  • What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
    We always package our items with care, but in the unlikely event that your parcel is mishandled and arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@mylittlebambinoltd.co.uk. Make sure you include your full order details (order number, address, and postcode) and we will be happy to help.
  • Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
    To change details of your order e.g., correcting the personalisation details or to cancel the order altogether, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot amend the delivery address or payment method once you have placed an order.
  • How do I know if my order has been successful?
    Yaay! You have made your purchase. You will always receive an automatic order confirmation once your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email from us in your inbox, please check your junk mail.
  • What if I am not happy with the quality of my product?
    We do our utmost best to offer the highest quality when it comes to our personalised gifts. Every customer deserves the best and we want your experience with My Little Bambino to be a positive one. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) please contact us via email at info@mylittlebambinoltd.co.uk. Please ensure you include your full order details (order number, address, and postcode) and we will certainly do our best to help.
  • Can I provide a gift message?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift messaging.
  • Do you deliver overseas?
    We only currently deliver within the UK. If you are based internationally, watch this space.
